Before AutoCAD, most commercial CAD programs ran on mainframe computers or minicomputers, with each CAD operator (user) working at a separate graphics terminal. There were three major reasons for this: first, mainframe computers had internal graphics controllers that were slower and more limited than the video hardware of personal computers. Second, when CAD programs ran on minicomputers, they often had graphics capabilities far less advanced than what was available on PCs, and typically had no ability to share data with other CAD operators. Third, CAD programs, like many other business software programs, were designed for use with large-screen terminals that typically were located in a room other than the work area of each user. How do I prevent processing after the first Iteration in a Do-While loop in VBA

I am trying to determine the first iteration in my loop using a boolean variable that keeps track if it has finished one iteration or not. I tried having a BeforeFilter() method that does something, but it doesn’t seem to work like that. I would like to have my BeforeFilter() method do something at the end of each iteration, but I can’t seem to have it call it after the first iteration.
I understand that I could do a looping function or do something with Application.OnTime() but I want to try to accomplish this without these methods. The reason why I want to avoid the looping function is because I need to be able to continue a For-Next loop if the boolean is false.
My code for the Do-While loop is:
