How to manage left over with -dutIs

I have some piece of code that calculates left over. I want to use a utility to find the total of left over, but I keep getting the error -dutIs not recognised as an internal or external command,
My code is as below
@echo off

setlocal enabledelayedexpansion

set /A leftOver=10000000

call -dutIs %leftOver%| findstr /I /C:14>nul || set /A leftOver+=10000000
echo %leftOver%
pause

A:

-dutIs is not a command, it is a switch. Also the letter u is a Windows character:

-dutIs : Finds 1 dut in file.

Use set /A instead of call, as the parameter expansion will occur before anything else is executed:
@echo off

setlocal enabledelayedexpansion

set /A leftOver=10000000

echo %leftOver%
pause

Result:
10000000

,M\right\} }\right\} }\\
& = & \left\{ \frac{\min\left\{ \max\left\{ M\right\},\,M\right\} }{M}\right\} M\\
& = & \left\{ M\right\} M\\
& = & \left\{ M\right\} M.\end{aligned}$$ The result is analogous to the first case, and follows from the fact that $\left\{ M\right\} M$ is nonnegative for any $M\in\mathbb{Z}_{+}$.

With these results, it is easy to see
